Following people is fun, but not being able to keep up could hurt your mental health. Unless social media is your job, don’t let it suck you in.

Answer them to the best of your abilities.

Also, share any new or interesting things you have recently researched.  

There is an audience for everyone and content that gives answers is the bee’s knees!
