Pencils at Maximum Velocity

I received a complimentary duo of BIC® Velocity® Max Mechanical Pencils from Smiley360 for this review. All opinions are my own.

I collect pens and pencils..

It’s kinda my thing.

Okay, it’s REALLY my thing.

I even started an Instagram page for just my collection. If I showed pics of my entire collection at once, it would probably blow your mind.

Needless to say, I was pumped when I received this mission offer from Smiley360!

What is Smiley360? It’s a network that you can join and get some great products in exchange for social shares and review. I have received some fantastic products from them. 

Not only do these pencils look cool, they have a real smooth grip and write beautifully. I could’ve written a whole paragraph, but Mini was itching to try them too, so I stuck with my nickname. 

We also tried some “reverse drawing”. I actually do this all the time, but never knew it had an actual name. You learn something new every day! They erase cleanly and the eraser is even Mini-proof. I was impressed that it barely budged, considering she erases like she’s carving hieroglyphics into stone.  Seriously, I have never seen a child go through erasers so fast!

Our SmileyKit also contained a crossword puzzle, which Mini was more than happy to complete! Of course, I helped. I didn’t bother to tell her the answers were at the bottom of the page 😉 HAHA! Score one for Mommy!

We almost lost it to one of our Pugs though. Notice the crinkled corner 🙂

Mini also asked if she could draw an emoji face on the paper. I guess we can’t call them smiley faces anymore? Ironic we’re talking about this on a Smiley360 mission.

I have to say, I’m in love with these pencils! I definitely plan on purchasing them in the future.. when Mini is old enough for them.
